On April 29, 2015, Complainant, by and through its attorney of record, filed a motion to voluntarily dismiss its complaint without prejudice based upon the fact that the matter was now within the purview of the bankruptcy trustee. Whereupon, after review, IT IS ORDERED that this matter is vacated from the Office of Administrative Hearings and remanded to the Arizona Registrar of Contractors. Done this day, May 2, 2016.
