IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

As discussed on the record at the hearing that was held on this date, pursuant to the parties’ settlement in principle, IT IS ORDERED holding the record open until February 25, 2016, to allow Respondent to make arrangements to pay Complainants the sum of $1,200.00 by certified check to resolve the complaint that they filed with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (“the Registrar”). If on or before February 25, 2015, the Administrative Law Judge (“the ALJ”) receives written notice that Respondent has resolved the complaint from Complainants, with a copy to Respondent, at the Office of Administrative Hearings’ fax number (602-542-9827) or email address (www.azoah.com), she will return the matter to the Registrar with the recommendation that the complaint be closed as resolved/settled/withdrawn. If the ALJ does not receive such notice, she will make a recommendation that discipline be imposed on Respondent’s licenses based on Complainants’ undisputed evidence.
