On December 18, 2015, the Complainant, by and through her attorney of record, moved to vacate the hearing scheduled for this matter and requested that the matter be dismissed because the parties had entered into a written Settlement Agreement. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that the hearing for this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings and that this matter is remanded to the Arizona Registrar of Contractors.
