IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

At the time set for hearing in this matter the parties resolved the matter with Respondent agreeing to pay $11,622.60 to Complainant. In exchange for this payment, Complainant agreed that is complaint would be dismissed with prejudice. Nothing in this agreement prevents Complainant from pursuing other complaints against Respondent. Proof of payment was provided following hearing. In light of the settlement, IT IS ORDERED that hearing in this matter be vacated. The matter is remanded to the Registrar of Contractors for further processing and disposition. Done this day, January 4, 2016.
