A hearing on the merits had been scheduled on this date. After the parties presented some evidence, they requested a recess to discuss their differences. At the end of the recess, the parties announced that they had reached an agreement to resolve their dispute. Respondent’s attorney stated the terms on the record and Complainants stated on the record that they accepted the terms of the settlement and that they wished to withdraw the complaint that they had filed with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (“the Registrar”). Therefore, IT IS ORDERED vacating the hearing on the merits that had been scheduled on this date at 1:00 p.m. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter under A.A.C. R2-19-111(4) to the Director of the Arizona Registrar of Contractors for further action. Done this day, May 13, 2016.
