IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

On May 20, 2015, the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (ROC) filed a Motion to Vacate Hearing (Motion)[1] with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the ROC advised that the parties had reached an amicable resolution of all outstanding issues in this matter and a hearing was not necessary. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the ROC for further action. Done this day, May 20, 2015.
