On October 21, 2015, counsel for the Complainants withdrew all current complaints against Respondent’s license and requested that the hearing be vacated because the parties were operating under the provisions of a mutual settlement agreement. In light of the parties’ settlement. IT IS ORDERED that the hearing be vacated. The matter is remanded to the Registrar of Contractors for further processing and disposition.
