On January 26, 2017, the parties filed a Stipulated Joint Motion to Dismiss with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the parties advised that they were seeking resolution of the matter through private arbitration and a hearing in this matter was not necessary. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar of Contractors for further action. Done this day, January 30, 2017.
