Under A.R.S. § 41-1092.08(B), the Registrar may review and accept, modify, or reject an administrative law judge’s written decision. If the Registrar modifies or rejects that decision, then the Registrar must provide written justification setting forth the reasons for the modification or rejection. In this case, a hearing was held and the administrative law judge issued a written decision. See Administrative Law Judge Decision, attached. MODIFICATION AND WRITTEN JUSTIFICATION Page 2, ¶ 3 of the Decision, lists November 30, 2015, as the date Complainant filed the complaint against Respondent with the Registrar. However, the Registrar received Complainant’s complaint on March 25, 2015. The Decision also lists May 21, 2015, as the date the Registrar issued the citation in this

matter. Decision ¶ 5, Findings of Fact. However, the Registrar issued the citation on July 16, 2015.

CONCLUSION AND ORDER

For sake of clarity, the Registrar hereby replaces “November 30, 2015,” found on page 2, ¶ 3, of

the Administrative Law Judge Decision, with “March 25, 2015.” The Registrar also hereby replaces “May

21, 2015,” with “July 16, 2015” found on ¶ 5 of the Decision. The Registrar hereby accepts the remainder
