Under A.R.S. § 41-1092.08(B), the Registrar may review and accept, modify, or reject an administrative law judge’s written decision. If the Registrar modifies or rejects that decision, then the Registrar must provide written justification setting forth the reasons for the modification or rejection. MODIFICATION AND WRITTEN JUSTIFICATION Page 1, ¶ 2 of the Administrative Law Judge Decision, lists September 1, 2015 as the date the Registrar received a telephone hotline tip from Janice Tatum-Carter. However, the Registrar received the hotline tip on March 18, 2015. For sake of clarity, the Registrar modifies the Administrative Law Judge Decision to reflect the accurate date the Registrar received the telephone hotline tip. CONCLUSION AND ORDER The Registrar hereby replaces “September 1, 2015,” found on page 1, ¶ 2 of the Administrative Law Judge Decision with “March 18, 2015.” The Registrar accepts the remainder of the Administrative Law Judge Decision, which becomes effective on February 6, 2016. In accordance with the administrative law judge’s decision, IT IS ORDERED that Respondent pay a civil penalty in the amount of $1,500.00 in certified funds payable to the Registrar by February 6, 2016.
