Under A.R.S. § 41-1092.08(B), the Registrar may review and accept, modify, or reject an

administrative law judge’s written decision. If the Registrar modifies or rejects that decision, then the

Registrar must provide written justification setting forth the reasons for the modification or rejection. In this case, a hearing was held and the administrative law judge issued a written decision. See Administrative Law Judge Decision, attached. PARTIAL REJECTION AND WRITTEN JUSTIFICATION The Registrar rejects the Administrative Law Judge’s recommended decision to suspend Respondent’s license for 30 days and place Respondent on probation for 180 days. Given Respondent’s lack of prior disciplinary history and absence of prior complaints against its license, the Registrar believes a 5-day suspension is appropriate. The Registrar accepts the remainder of the Decision. ORDER IT IS ORDERED that Respondent’s license be suspended for 5 days on the effective date of this Order, which is January 12, 2016.
