A hearing had been scheduled on this date, at which the parties presented evidence. A recess was taken, during which the parties discussed their differences. After the recess, the parties informed the Administrative Law Judge that they had agreed to a settlement and recited the terms of their settlement onto the record. Therefore, IT IS ORDERED vacating the remainder of the hearing on the merits that had been scheduled on this date at 1:00 p.m. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter under A.A.C.
