At the time set for hearing in this matter and after two hours and fifteen minutes of testimony had been taken, Complainant’s owner, qualifying party and authorized representative, Stephen Roach, indicated that he no longer wished to pursue the matter and intended to withdraw the complaint against Respondent. In light of the foregoing, IT IS ORDERED that hearing in this matter be vacated. The file is returned to the Registrar of Contractors for further processing and disposition.
