On June 1, 2016, the Registrar of Contractors (the Registrar) filed a Motion to Vacate with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the Registrar advised that the Registrar had inspected the corrections made by Respondent, found them to be satisfactory, and requested that this Tribunal dismiss this proceeding. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar for further action. Done this day, June 2, 2016.
