As discussed at the evidentiary hearing held on this date, IT IS ORDERED that on or before March 6, 2015, Respondent S W Paving and Seal Coating, LLC DBA: Native Horizon Grading & Paving may supplement the record by submitting additional exhibits that were referenced at the hearing, with designations beginning with the letter, “D.” IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that on or before March 13, 2015, the Arizona Registrar of Contractors may filed written objections to the exhibits. The Administrative Law Judge will issue a written order ruling on any objections that are made on or before March 20, 2015. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the parties’ attorneys may file simultaneous written closing arguments on or before April 6, 2015. There is no page limitation, but counsel are encouraged to be concise.
