IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

On March 3, 2017, the parties filed a Stipulation for Dismissal of Complaint and Closing of Registrar of Contractor’s Matter with Prejudice with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the parties advised that they had reached a settlement of all outstanding issues in this matter and a hearing in this matter was not necessary. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Arizona Registrar of Contractors for further action. Done this day, March 3, 2017.
