The parties’ attorneys have stipulated to vacate the hearing pending before the Office of Administrative Hearings and to dismiss the complaint that was filed with the Registrar of Contractors (“the Registrar”), both parties to bear their own costs and attorneys’ fees.[1] Therefore, IT IS ORDERED vacating the hearing that had been scheduled on this date at 1:00 p.m. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter under A.A.C.
