IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

After the taking of testimony in this matter the Tribunal agreed to hold the record open as follows: 1. By the close of business March 16, 2016, Respondent will provide a letter from Lennox indicating whether it will provide the Complainants a full 10-year warranty on their units if the coils are replaced to match the existing units; 2. By the close of business March 23, 2016, the Registrar of Contractors (Registrar) will review the letter from Lennox and decide whether to request that the case be remanded back to the Registrar for further review. If remand is not requested, the Registrar will provide a written closing argument. 3. If the Registrar does not request that the case be remanded, Respondent shall submit a written closing argument by the close of business on March 30, 2016 at which time the record in this matter will close.
