IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

On February 24, 2016, Complainants filed a motion to vacate hearing on the following basis:

The reason for this request is that since the date of the Complainant’s request for the eligibility hearing, the Fund has determined that Complainant Naomi Brow is in fact entitled to payout from the fund in the amount of $30,000.00 (pursuant to its February 16, 2016 Notice of Claim for Administrative Payout). Therefore, the issue of eligibility has been resolved and there is no need for the hearing.

Whereupon, after review, it is ORDERED that this matter is vacated from the Office of Administrative Hearings and remanded to the Registrar of Contractors. Done this day, February 24, 2016.
