administrative law judge’s written decision. If the Registrar modifies or rejects that decision, then the

Registrar must provide written justification setting forth the reasons for the modification or rejection.

MODIFICATION AND WRITTEN JUSTIFICATION

Page 3, ¶ 13 ½, of the Decision lists July 10, 2015 as the date Complainants filed a claim with the

Residential Contractor’s Recovery Fund.

However, the Complainants filed a claim with the Residential Contractor’s Recovery Fund on

November 3, 2016.

CONCLUSION AND ORDER

For sake of clarity, the Registrar replaces July 10, 2015, found on page 3, ¶ 13 ½, of the Decision

with November 3, 2016. The Registrar hereby accepts the remainder of the Administrative Law Judge

Decision, which becomes effective on July 11, 2017.
