Under A.R.S. § 41-1092.08(B), the Registrar may review and accept, modify, or reject an administrative law judge’s written decision. If the Registrar modifies or rejects that decision, then the Registrar must provide written justification setting forth the reasons for the modification or rejection. In this case, a hearing was held and the administrative law judge issued a written decision. See Administrative Law Judge Decision, attached. MODIFICATION AND WRITTEN JUSTIFICATION Page 2, ¶ 4, of the Decision lists November 30, 2014, as the date Complainant filed the complaint against Respondent with the Registrar. However, the Registrar received Complainant’s complaint on November 20, 2014. The Decision also lists June 26, 2015, as the date the Registrar issued the citation in

this matter. Decision ¶ 10. However, the Registrar issued the citation on July 2, 2015.

Additionally, the Registrar modifies the Administrative Law Judge Decision to replace

Respondent’s last name “Mooney,” with “Money.” Respondent’s name was cited incorrectly in the

original citation and was not addressed at the hearing. The Registrar’s records reflect that Respondent’s

correct name is “Ivan Pat Money, DBA: Sav On Home Improvement.”

The Registrar also hereby modifies the Administrative Law Judge Decision and replaces all references to “Mooney,” with “Money.” The Registrar hereby accepts the remainder of the Administrative Law Judge Decision, which becomes effective on March 6, 2016.
