On August 29, 2016, the parties filed a Notice of Settlement with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the parties advised that they had reached a settlement of all outstanding issues in this matter and the hearing currently scheduled for October 13, 2016, was not necessary. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the prehearing conference and hearing in this matter are vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.
