IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

On April 10, 2017, the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (Registrar) filed a Motion to Vacate with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the Registrar advised that Respondent had resolved the issues that led to the issuance of the citation in this matter and the hearing currently scheduled for April 12, 2017, was not necessary. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar for further action. Done this day, April 11, 2017.
