IN THE MATTER OF THE APPLICATION ) ) CASE NO: 2014-3862 OF: ) Coconut Contracting LLC ) ) DOCKET NO. 2014A-3862-ROC Pending License No. CR21.293769-D ) ) RESPONDENT ) ORDER ) ) ) ) The Registrar adopts the Administrative Law Judge's attached Findings of Fact with the following modification: On page 4, line 15, insert the following Findings of Fact: “16. Mr. Gruber testified that he contracted to perform work for Josh Peterson, Kristian Kuhns, David Elchler, Dan Burns, Mr. Stern, Rebecca Larsen, Ryan and Valerie Shannon, Mike Dinh, and Corinne Crebassa each for a total of more than $1,000.00 without a license. 17. Mr. Gruber testified the he prepared and submitted a bid for work to Riley O’Neil for more than $1,000.00 without a licensed.” The Registrar adopts the Administrative Law Judge’s attached Conclusions of Law with the following modifications: On page 7, line 13 ½ insert the following Conclusions of Law: “8. That lack of character and reputation is evident per se based on Respondent’s admissions of engaging in “contracting without a license” pursuant to § 32-1122(D).” Justification: Inclusion of factual findings and the relevant conclusion of law establishing a per se lack of good character pursuant to A.R.S. § 32-1122(D) is warranted. The Registrar adopts the Administrative Law Judge’s Recommended Order. Based on this Decision, the Order, as modified, shall become effective on April 20, 2015. IT IS SO ORDERED this 10th day of March, 2015
