IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

The parties have mutually agreed that Respondent will repaint Complainant’s front entry, including all sides of the front entry columns, and Respondent will fix a crack in the stucco on the east side of the home and repaint the east side. Based on that agreement, Complainant withdrew her complaint. Therefore, the matter is hereby vacated and remanded to the Registrar for its further action.
