Complainant mistakenly failed to send these documents to OAH as well. In the interest of justice, the

Registrar will reject the Administrative Law Judge Decision and the Registrar now submits

Complainant’s documents. The Registrar’s rejection in this instance is solely meant to provide Judge

Lang with the opportunity to review the additional documents prior to issuing a decision.

CONCLUSION AND ORDER

The Registrar hereby rejects the Administrative Law Judge Decision and respectfully submits the

Complainant’s April 7, 2016 documentation verifying the cost of carpet replacement.
