On March 27, 2014, the Registrar of Contractors (Registrar) and Respondent Rust Gilchrist filed a Notice of Settlement and Stipulated Motion to Vacate Hearing with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the parties advised that the parties had resolved this matter and entered a settlement agreement. Further, as a result, the hearing currently scheduled for April 21, 2014, was not necessary. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar for further action. Done this day, April 1, 2014.
