B.116727-R ) CR42.140811-D ) ORDER ) ) RESPONDENT The Registrar adopts the Administrative Law Judge's attached Recommended Order with the following modifications: On page 6, line 14, insert a new paragraph “IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the (three (3) day unconditional) suspension imposed will be extended until the Registrar receives, and accepts, written proof that Respondent has brought all of its contracts into full compliance with the provisions of A.R.S. § 32-1158(B).” Justifications: Respondent was found to have violated A.R.S. § 32-1154(A)(12) namely, A.R.S. § 32-1158(B). Such a regulatory violation warrants provisional discipline to be corrected to the Registrar’s satisfaction. Based on this Decision, the Order, as written, shall become effective on January 21, 2015. IT IS SO ORDERED this 12th day of December, 2014.
