The Arizona Registrar of Contractors (“the Registrar”) has issued a Default Decision in this matter pursuant to A.R.S. § 32-1155(B) because Respondent failed to file a timely written answer, as required by A.R.S. § 32-1155(A). Therefore, IT IS ORDERED vacating the hearing that had been scheduled on May 15 and 18, 2015, at 8:00 a.m. on both dates. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter under A.A.C. R2-19-111(4) to the Director of the Registrar for further action. Done this day, April 27, 2015.
