Under A.R.S. § 41-1092.08(B), the Registrar may review and accept, modify, or reject an

administrative law judge’s written decision. If the Registrar modifies or rejects that decision, then the

Registrar must provide written justification setting forth the reasons for the modification or rejection. In this case, a hearing was held and the administrative law judge issued a written decision. See Administrative Law Judge Decision, attached. MODIFICATION AND WRITTEN JUSTIFICATION The first directive issued in this matter was on August 12, 2014 and the second directive was issued on May 5, 2015. The Registrar modifies ¶¶ 5-6 of the Administrative Law Judge Decision to accurately reflect the dates when the directives were issued. Also, “May 2, 2015” found on ¶ 19 should be replaced with “May 5, 2015,” the date the second directive was issued. The Decision references a Directive issued on February 19, 2015 on the top of page 2. However, there was no February 19, 2015 directive issued in this matter. CONCLUSION AND ORDER The Registrar hereby replaces “May 5, 2015,” found on ¶ 5 of the Decision, with “August 12, 2014.” The Registrar hereby replaces “August 12, 2015,” found on ¶ 6 of the Decision with “May 5, of 2 REGISTRAR OF CONTRACTORS 1700 W. Washington St. Suite 105 – PHOENIX, AZ 85007-2812 Telephone (602)542-1525 1-877-692-9762 2015.” Also, the Registrar hereby removes the first sentence found on page 2 of the Decision. Lastly, “May 2, 2015” found on ¶ 19 is hereby replaced with “May 5, 2015.” The Registrar hereby accepts the substance of the Administrative Law Judge Decision, which becomes effective on February 29, 2016. In accordance with the administrative law judge’s decision, IT IS ORDERED that Respondent pay a civil penalty in the amount of $200.00 in certified funds payable to the Registrar by March 30, 2016.
