IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

At the time of the hearing, Gerald and March Camp appeared on behalf of Respondent and indicated that it did not contest that Complainant was eligible for a payout from the Recovery Fund in the amount of $10,700.00. The Camps appealed the determination of a payout because it was concerned that they would not be able to obtain an ROC license in the future even though they had filed a personal bankruptcy. Following a discussion with the Assistant Attorney General, the Camps understood that a payout from the Recovery Fund would not affect their ability to obtain a license. At that point, the Camps indicated they wished to withdraw the appeal. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar of Contractors for further action. Done this day, August 16, 2017.
