On October 7, 2015, Michael Lee Netherlin (Complainant) filed a request to vacate hearing with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which Complainant advised that he had reached a settlement with Respondent and the hearing currently scheduled for October 21, 2015, was not necessary. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Arizona Registrar of Contractors for further action. Done this day, October 7, 2015.
