) Registrar of Contractors ) CASE NO: 2014-1588 ) COMPLAINANT ) ) DOCKET NO. 2014A-1588-ROC -v- ) License No. CR36.183029-D of ) J and Son Plastering LLC ) ORDER ) RESPONDENT ) The Registrar adopts the Administrative Law Judge's (“ALJ”) attached Recommended Order with the following modifications: On page 3, line 3 ½ after “within 30 days.” insert “from the effective date of the final order.” On page 3, line 5 ½ insert “IT IS FURTHER RECOMMENDED that if J and Son Plastering LLC fails to provide said written proof or if the Registrar rejects said written proof, then J and Son Plastering LLC’s license shall be suspended and remain suspended until the Registrar receives and accepts written proof that J and Son Plastering LLC’s contracts fully comply with A.R.S. § 32-1158(B).” Justification: The Recommended Order supplied by the ALJ did not clearly specify the date certain to which J and Son Plastering LLC was to provide written proof of compliance with A.R.S. § 32- 1158(B). Further the Recommend Order of the ALJ did not recommend disciplinary action in the event J and Son Plastering LLC failed to fix their contracts to bring them into compliance with § 32-1158(B). Based on this Decision, the Order, as modified, shall become effective on September 2, 2014. IT IS SO ORDERED this 22nd day of July, 2014.
