Respondent Sharon O’Connor moves to dismiss all previously issued citations against both Respondents. The Registrar of Contractors (“the Registrar”) moves to rescind the Citations in Case Nos. 2014A-1160-ROC and 2014A-1168-ROC because “the citation, as issued and uncorrected, fails to provide Respondent[s] with adequate notice of the violation as it references an incorrect site address.” Ms. O’Connor has responded to the Registrar’s motion to rescind. Because at this time, the citations in Case Nos. 2014A-1160-ROC and 2014A-1168-ROC are no longer at issue, IT IS ORDERED severing Case Nos. 2014A-1160-ROC and 2014A-1168-ROC from Case Nos. 2014A-1158-ROC, 2014A-1162-ROC, 2014A-1163-ROC, and 2014A- 1165-ROC. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED vacating the hearing on the merits that had been scheduled on September 18 and 19, 2014, in Case Nos. 2014A-1160-ROC and 2014A-1168-ROC. For the reasons stated in the order entered on this date in Case Nos. 2014A-1158-ROC, 2014A-1162-ROC, 2014A-1163-ROC, and 2014A- 1165-ROC, the hearing in those matters will proceed on the merits as scheduled. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding Case Nos. 2014A-1160-ROC and 2014A- 1168-ROC under A.A.C. R2-19-111(3) to the Director of the Registrar with the recommendation that the citations previously entered in these matters be dismissed. Done this day, July 10, 2014.
