On July 28, 2014, Respondent filed a Stipulation to Order Imposing § 32-1139(B) Suspension and Motion to Vacate Hearing in which Respondent advised that it stipulated that the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (Registrar) may suspend Respondent’s license and that the hearing currently scheduled for September 3, 2014, was not necessary. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar for further action. Done this day, July 29, 2014.
