IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

On July 1, 2014, the Registrar of Contractors (Registrar) filed a Stipulated Motion to Vacate with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the Registrar advised that the parties had agreed to vacate the present matter without prejudice reached a settlement of all outstanding issues in this matter and the hearing currently scheduled for July 22, 2014, was not necessary. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar for further action. Done this day, July 1, 2014.
