ROC Vacate with Final Order

On October 30, 2013, the parties filed a Notice of Settlement and Stipulation to Vacate Hearing with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the parties advised that all outstanding issues had been settled and that the hearing currently scheduled for October 31, 2013, was not necessary. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. Done this day, October 31, 2013.
