IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

On April 2, 2014, the Registrar of Contractors issued a Notice of Recovery Fund Eligibility/Payout Hearing “to determine if Respondent can show cause why his license, License No. KB-1.268772-D, should not be suspended pursuant to A.R.S. § 32-1139(B).” On May 12, 2014, the tribunal issued a Minute Entry – Granting Continuance setting the above-captioned matter for hearing on July 16, 2014, at 1:00 p.m. At the hearing, the Registrar of Contractors was represented by Assistant Attorney General Seth T. Hargraves. Defendant did not appear and did not request to appear telephonically. After the expiration of a 15-minute grace period, the Administrative Law Judge found Defendant in default. In view of the foregoing, IT IS ORDERED that this matter be remanded to the Registrar of Contractors for any further action. Done this day, August 4, 2014.
