COMPLAINANT,

v. Done Rite LLC Docket No. 2013A-5896-ROC-RF DBA: Done Rite Maintenance, License No. 214284, FINAL ADMINISTRATIVE DECISION AND ORDER RESPONDENT.

Under A.R.S. § 41-1092.08(B), the Registrar may review and accept, modify, or reject an administrative law judge’s written decision. If the Registrar modifies or rejects that decision, then the Registrar must provide written justification setting forth the reasons for the modification or rejection. In this case, a hearing was held, and the administrative law judge issued a written decision. See Administrative Law Judge Decision, attached. MODIFICATION AND WRITTEN JUSTIFICATION Page 3, ¶ 10, of the Decision lists April 21, 2016 as the date Complainants filed a claim with the Residential Contractors Recovery Fund. However, the Registrar received Complainants claim on April

27, 2016. Page 4, ¶ 15, of the Decision states “[o]f the three bids provided, Barbour indicated that he

utilized the lowest bid…” However, the Registrar was Represented by Douglas Ulmer. Page 4, ¶ 16, of

the Decision states “Barbour said that the $22,245.28 administrative payout represented the difference

between the bid” and the recommended payout amount. However, the Registrar was represented by

Douglas Ulmer.

CONCLUSION AND ORDER

For sake of clarity, The Registrar hereby replaces, “April 21, 2016” found on page 3, ¶ 10, of the

Decision with “April 27, 2016.” The Registrar replaces “Barbour” found on page 4, ¶ 15, of the Decision
