COMPLAINANT Minute Entry Withdrawing Administrative Law Judge Decision and Vacating Hearing v. Ambient Edge Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Inc. License No. K-39.198597-D

RESPONDENT

On April 8, 2014, a Consent Order settling this matter was filed with the Office of Administrative Hearings. The Consent Order provided for the hearing of this matter set for April 25, 2014, to be vacated. However, because the Consent Order was not entered in the docket of this matter, the Administrative Law Judge was unaware of it and erroneously issued an Administrative Law Judge Decision, which was transmitted to the Registrar of Contractors. Having become aware of the Consent Order, the Administrative Law Judge is, by virtue of this minute entry withdrawing the Administrative Law Judge Decision, thereby making it null and void. Based upon the foregoing, it is ORDERED that this matter is vacated from the Office of Administrative Hearings and remanded to the Registrar of Contractors.
