On February 10, 2014, the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (the Registrar) filed a Motion to Vacate with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the Registrar advised that the Respondent had filed a motion to withdraw their appeal and cancel the hearing currently scheduled for this matter. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.
