IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

A hearing on the merits of the complaint that the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (“the Registrar”) filed on its own motion against Robert Louis Wrathall DBA Degree Air Conditioning and Heating (“Respondent”) had been scheduled on this date. At the beginning of the hearing, the Registrar’s attorney stated that the Registrar and Respondent had agreed to settle the Registrar’s complaint and recited the terms of the settlement onto the record. Respondent confirmed that he agreed to the terms of the settlement. Therefore, IT IS ORDERED vacating the hearing on the merits that had been scheduled on this date at 8:00 a.m. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter under A.A.C. R2-19-111(3) to the Director of the Registrar for further action that is consistent with the terms of the settlement. Done this day, February 24, 2014.
