BEFORE THE REGISTRAR OF CONTRACTORS

OF THE STATE OF ARIZONA

Registrar of Contractors ) ORDER ) COMPLAINANT ) -v- ) ) James Dwight Salisbury ) DBA: Dexon Construction ) ) ) ) The Registrar adopts the Administrative Law Judge's attached Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law. The Registrar rejects Administrative Law Judge’s attached Recommended Order and instead IT IS ORDERED that Respondent’s B-2.226275-C license be revoked upon the effective date of this order. Justification: The Registrar maintains that a revocation is appropriate discipline in this matter based on Respondent’s serious violation of state law by its failure to pay its employee’s wages as evidenced by the Industrial Commission of Arizona’s Notice of Judgment. While the ALJ in this matter took the Registrar’s counsel’s request for a periodic suspension into consideration, the Registrar deems the seriousness of the violations of state labor law as extreme aggravation that warrants revocation. Based on this Decision, the Order, as written, shall become effective on November 12, 2014. IT IS SO ORDERED this 3rd day of October, 2014. Registrar of Contractors /s/ Marc A.
