The Arizona Registrar of Contractors (“the Registrar”) has issued a decision and order deeming Respondent to have admitted the facts alleged in the Citation and Complaint under A.R.S. § 32-1155(B) based on its failure to file the timely written answer required by A.R.S. § 32-1154(A). Therefore, IT IS ORDERED vacating the hearing that had been scheduled on February 4, 2014, at 8:00 a.m. from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter under A.A.C. R2-19-111(3) to the Director of the Registrar for further action.
