The Arizona Registrar of Contractors (“the Registrar”) has notified the Office of Administrative Hearings that it has issued a Default Decision and Order Vacating Hearing under A.R.S. § 32-1155(B) based on Respondent’s failure to file a timely written answer to the Citation and Complaint as required by A.R.S. § 32-1155(A). Therefore, IT IS ORDERED vacating the continued hearing that had been scheduled on February 12, 2014, at 8:00 a.m. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter under A.A.C. R2-19-111(3) to the Director of the Arizona Registrar of Contractors. Done this day, January 22, 2014.
