At the time of the hearing on the merits scheduled on April 22, 2014, the attorneys representing Complainant the Registrar of Contractors (“the Registrar”) and Respondent Lavi Remodeling and Construction LLC informed the Administrative Law Judge that they had reached a settlement that fully resolved all matters in dispute and recited the terms of the settlement onto the record. Subsequently, the Registrar provided a copy of a fully executed Consent Order that contained the terms of settlement that were recited onto the record. Therefore, IT IS ORDERED vacating the remainder of the hearing on the merits. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter under A.A.C. R2-19- 111(3) to the Director of the Arizona Registrar of Contractors for further action that is consistent with the terms of the Consent Order.
