) ORDER Registrar of Contractors ) ) COMPLAINANT ) ) -v- ) David Kent Hawkins DBA Hawkins Roofing ) License No. C-42.253081-R ) ) ) The Registrar adopts the Administrative Law Judge's attached Recommended Order with the following modifications: On page 7, line 28 insert a new paragraph “IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the suspension imposed will remain in effect after the five days has run until the Registrar receives, and accepts, written proof that Respondent has brought all of its contracts into full compliance with the provisions of A.R.S. § 32-1158(B).” Justification: Respondent was found to have violated A.R.S. 32-1154(A)(13) namely, A.R.S § 32-1158(B). Such a regulatory violation warrants provisional discipline to be corrected to the Registrar’s satisfaction. Based on this Decision, the Order, as modified, shall become effective on May 5, 2014.
