Pending before the Tribunal is Complainant’s motion for reconsideration of his opposition to the matter being remanded to the Registrar for further investigation. Because this matter has already been returned to the Office of Administrative Hearings for and a hearing is scheduled before ALJ Tammy Eigenheer on November 3, 2015 at 8:00 a.m., the motion is moot and is hereby denied. The remanded case has a new case number, 2013A-4258-ROC-rf-rem and all correspondence should now be submitted under that case number.
