) ORDER Registrar of Contractors ) ) COMPLAINANT ) ) -v- ) All City Drywall L.L.C. ) ) ) ) The Registrar adopts the Administrative Law Judge's Recommended Order with the following modifications: On page 12, lines 5-17, “revoked unless . . . . of thirty (30) days.” Shall be replaced with suspended for a period of thirty (30) days commencing upon the effective date of this Order. Immediately following the suspension period, Respondent’s C-10.228406-R License shall be placed on disciplinary probation for a period of one hundred eighty (180) days.” Justification: The Registrar maintains that a finite period of suspension is proper discipline to impose in this matter. Respondent was found to be contracting beyond the scope of its license. The parties have shown an inability to cooperate and resolve their differences in an amicable manner, therefore further provisional discipline would likely inflame the situation. Further the Registrar views violations of A.R.S. § 32-1154(A)(2) and (17) to be public health and safety concerns. Based on this Decision, the Order, as modified, shall become effective on February 26, 2014.
