The Registrar of Contractors (“the Registrar”) has filed a request to vacate the hearing because it has reached an agreement with the Applicant, North Hills Construction, LLC, to resolve the parties’ dispute over whether Applicant should be licensed. Therefore, IT IS ORDERED vacating the hearing that had been scheduled in this matter on August 30, 2013, at 8:00 a.m. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter under A.A.C. R2-19-111(1) to the Director of the Registrar for further processing in accordance with the terms of the parties’ settlement. Done this day, August 29, 2013.
